"I'm a member of the Emblem Club of Placerville. We are a community service organization and have a lot of events to help raise things for our community. We use the Elks Lodge for our meetings as well as attend the Elks held events. The Elks Lodge is a wonderful location to hold events. It has a kitchen and a bar and plenty of space. The Elks themselves, although I'm a new member of the Emblem Club and am still learning about the Elks Lodge, I know they provide the largest amount of scholarships to students besides the federal government and do a lot to support the veterans."
